A guided session for a work team
What kind of session is it?
Nada yoga is the yoga of sound—a calming practice that brings together mindful listening, gentle breathing and shared humming or vocal tones. The combination of breath and vibration invites the body and mind to step out of a busy rhythm and move towards deeper relaxation. The session can help release tension, ease feelings of stress and strengthen a sense of presence and connection, both within yourself and with the group. No previous experience of yoga or singing is needed, and there is no need to have a trained voice—simply come with an open mind.
What to bring
Bring a yoga mat so you can practise comfortably on the floor.
Using your voice is always optional – listening is taking part, too.
